地方高校思政课教师“思维新”素养培育路径探究

摘　　要：新时代新要求、高等教育新阶段、大学生成长新情况以及思政课改革新标准,对地方高校思政课教师素养提出新挑战。培育“思维新”素养已是地方高校思政课高质量发展必然。从高校和思政课教师自身出发,全面提升思政课教师“思维新”素养,推动地方高校思政课教学和思政课教师队伍高质量发展。The new requirements of the new era,the new stage of higher education,the new situation of college students’growth,and the new standards of ideological and political course reform pose new challenges to the quality of teachers of moral and political courses in local universities.It is inevitable for the high-quality development of ideological and political courses in local universities to cultivate teachers’innovation quality.It is suggested that universities improve the innovation quality of teachers of ideological and political courses to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political courses and the teachers of ideological and political courses.
