摘　　要：数字化赋能就业指导工作在实践中面临主体协同缺失、全程指导缺乏、场景融合不足、方法创新滞后和效果评估失准等问题。对此,应明确数字化赋能大学生就业指导工作的意义,架构数字化平台,打造全程指导模式,构建多元育人场景,创新就业指导方法,建立科学评价体系,以助力大学生就业指导工作的有效开展。In practice,digitalization empowerment for career guidance work faces problems such as lack of subject coordination,absence of full-process guidance,insufficient scene integration,lagging method innovation,and inaccurate effect evaluation.In response to these challenges,it is necessary to clarify the significance of digital empowerment of career guidance for university students,construct a digital platform,create a full-process guidance model,build diverse educational scenes,innovate career guidance methods,and establish a scientific evaluation system,in order to effectively facilitate the implementation of career guidance for university students.
