新时代逆全球化思潮的现实表现、成因分析及应对理路

摘　　要：在世界经济发展乏力和国际局势动荡变迁的背景下,西方逆全球化思潮愈演愈烈,呈现出集经济领域上的保护主义、政治领域上的孤立主义、文化领域中的民族主义和社会领域中的民粹主义等于一体的思潮格局。逆全球化思潮在“零和博弈”思维、新自由主义思想和资本主义制度等因素共同作用下形成,为走出逆全球化的困境,中国结合经济、政治、文化及社会治理等多方面实际创造性提出构建人类命运共同体理念,进而塑造更加平等、和谐、开放的全球化环境,实现对逆全球化思潮的超越。In the context of the sluggish development of the world economy and the turbulent changes in the international situation,globalization and de-globalization have continued to compete,and the trend of de-globalization in the West has become more and more intense,showing a multi-dimensional ideological pattern of protectionism in the economic sphere,isolationism in the political sphere,nationalism in the cultural sphere and populism in the social sphere.The trend of de-globalization in the new era is formed under the combined effect of“zero-sum game”thinking,Neo-liberalism and the capitalist system.In order to promote globalization to come out of the shadow of de-globalization,China has initiated the construction of“the community of shared future for mankind”,creatively proposing creative solutions to economic,political,cultural and social governance problems,and thus shaping a more equal,harmonious and open environment for globalization,and transcending the trend of de-globalization thinking in both theoretical and practical dimensions.
