摘　　要：随着医疗诊断技术和手术策略的不断成熟,先天性心脏病产前、产后“一体化”诊疗模式的开展,先天性心脏病的检出率和危重先天性心脏病(CCHD)婴儿的存活率逐年上升。然而,在新生儿期或婴儿早期接受导管介入或心脏手术治疗可增加神经发育迟滞或障碍的风险。目前神经发育支持护理的相关研究多聚焦于早产儿,仅少部分研究针对CCHD婴儿开展,该领域尚缺乏针对CCHD婴儿神经发育支持护理的统一标准。基于此,本文对CCHD婴儿神经发育支持护理的概念、发展历程及措施进行综述,以期为护理人员开展针对CCHD婴儿的神经发育支持护理提供借鉴与参考。With the continuous maturity of medical diagnostic technology and surgical strategy,and the development of“integration”antepartum and postpartum diagnosis and treatment model of congenital heart disease,the detection rate of congenital heart disease and the survival rate of infants with critical congenital heart disease(CCHD)have increased year by year.However,treatment with catheter intervention or heart surgery during the neonatal period or early infancy increases the risk of neurodevelopmental delays or disorders.At present,most of the relevant studies on neurodevelopmental support nursing focus on premature infants,and only a small number of studies are carried out on CCHD infants,and there is still a lack of unified standards for neurodevelopmental support nursing for CCHD infants in this field.Based on this,this paper summarizes the concept,development process,and measures of neurodevelopmental support nursing for CCHD infants,in order to provide reference for nurses to carry out neurodevelopmental support nursing for CCHD infants.
