基于数据挖掘探讨名中医韩世荣教授治疗硬皮病的组方用药规律

摘　　要：目的 基于数据挖掘探讨名中医韩世荣教授治疗硬皮病的组方用药规律。方法 采用中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件,收集韩教授在陕西省中医医院皮肤科门诊2014年6月至2024年6月诊治且诊断明确的硬皮病患者资料,对录入处方进行药物频次、性味及归经统计,组方规律及关联规则分析,复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘,并综合分析用药规律。结果 共纳入808张处方,涉及中药200种。高频药物有当归、黄芪、桂枝等。药性以温为主,药味以辛、甘为主,归经则以肝、心、脾经为主。常用高频药对有黄芪-当归、黄芪-桂枝、当归-桂枝等。聚类分析得出新方组合13组,功效以温阳益气、活血通络、化痰软坚散结为主。结论 韩教授治疗硬皮病多用甘温、辛散类中药,治则以温阳益气、活血通络为主,兼顾化痰软坚散结。Objective To explore prescription and medication rule of famous Chinese medicine professor Han Shirong in the treatement of scleroderma based on data mining.Methods Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform V2.5 software was adopted.Data on Professor Han’s diagnosis and clear diagnosis of scleroderma in Dermatology Outpatient Department of Shaanxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2014 to June 2024 were collected.Drug frequency,nature and flavour,and channel tropism were statistically analyzed,prescription rules and association rules were analyzed,complex system entropy clustering data were mined,and medication rules were comprehensively analyzed of enter prescription.Results A total of 808 prescriptions were included,involved 200 types of traditional Chinese medicine.High frequency drugs were Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Astragali Radix,and Cinnamomi Ramulus,etc.Drug nature was mainly warm,drug flavors were mainly pungent and sweet,and channel tropism were mainly liver,heart,and spleen channels.Commonly used high-frequency couplet medicines were Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Astragali Radix-Cinnamomi Ramulus,Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Cinnamomi Ramulus,etc.Cluster analysis identified 13 new prescription combinations,with the main efficacy being warming yang and benefiting qi,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals,resolving phlegm,softening and resolving hard mass.Conclusion Professor Han in the treatement of scleroderma with traditional Chinese medicines such as sweet and warm,pungent and dispersing.Treatment mainly focuses on warming yang and benefiting qi,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals,while also taking into account resolving phlegm,softening and resolving hard mass.
