摘　　要：本文总结余瀛鳌教授应用通治方治疗噎膈的思想认识和临床经验,主张该病病位为胃之道,病机之源系于中焦脾胃。以情志异常所引发的气机不畅、脏腑失和为核心病机,痰气交阻、痰瘀互结、热结津伤共同致病,郁、痰、瘀、热阻于胃之道,引起津血干涸枯槁,胃道失润失顺而致噎膈。治疗以解郁润燥、化痰除瘀为法。临床以通治方思想为核心依法立方,拟定加味启膈散治疗该病。This paper summarizes Professor Yu Yingao’s ideological awareness and clinical experience in the treatment of dysphagia by applying thought of universal treatment prescription,advocates that location of the disease is the way of stomach,and pathogenesis is derived from spleen and stomach of middle jiao.The core pathological mechanism is obstruction of qi movement,and imbalance of zang fu viscera caused by mental disorder,intermingled phlegm and qi,intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,fluid insufficiency and heat binding jointly cause disease,stagnation,phlegm,blood stasis,and heat are obstructed in the way of stomach,leading to drying and withering of fluid and blood,loss of lubrication and smoothness of stomach way,ultimately causing dysphagia.Treatment principle is resolve stagnation and moisten dryness,dissolve phlegm and eliminate blood stasis.In clinical practice,thought of universal treatment prescription as the core to formulate prescription,and proposes modified Qige San in the treatment of dysphagia.
