摘　　要：特发性面神经麻痹作为临床常见病种,治疗过程中存在医患双方对康复期望过高或过低的现象,常导致干预不足、过晚或干预过度,最终康复预期目标与现实康复预后进展不一致,对医患双方和谐关系构建产生负面影响。针对康复期望与康复预后不一致问题,提出特发性面神经麻痹康复目标,结合影响康复期望因素分析,动、静态制订和更新康复目标构想,推动合理构建医患双方有益的特发性面神经麻痹康复目标。As common clinical disease,idiopathic facial palsy has the phenomenon of both doctors and patients having excessively high or low for rehabilitation expectation during treatment process,which often leads to insufficient,late,or excessive intervention.Ultimately,the expected rehabilitation goals are inconsistent with the actual rehabilitation prognosis,which has negative impact on the construction of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.In response to inconsistency between rehabilitation expectations and rehabilitation outcomes,rehabilitation goals for idiopathic facial palsy are proposed.Based on the analysis of factors affecting rehabilitation expectations,dynamic and static formulation,updating rehabilitation goal concepts,promote rational construction of rehabilitation goals for idiopathic facial palsy that benefit both doctors and patients.
