推动内河甲醇替代燃料船舶发展建议

摘　　要：在全球低碳发展战略的背景下,甲醇燃料凭借清洁低碳,全生命周期实现碳中和,常温常压储存、运输、使用等优点,在清洁能源发展中的应用越来越广泛,在船舶能源替代进程中也展现出良好势头。在调研基础上,对推动内河甲醇替代燃料船舶发展提出三点建议,推动内河船舶绿色低碳发展。Under the background of the global strategy for low-carbon development,the methanol fuel,with its advantages of cleanness and low carbon,realization of carbon neutralization in the full-life cycle,as well as storage,transportation and utilization at normal temperature and pressure,has been applied more widely in the promotion of clean energy and shown a favorable momentum in the process of ship energy replacement.Based on investigation and research,this paper puts forward suggestions on promoting ships using the methanol fuel as an alternative energy in inland rivers from three aspects,in order to push forward the green and low carbon development of ships for inland voyages.
