强化人文建设管理对妇产科护理人员职业认同感、工作压力及工作积极性影响研究

摘  要:目的探讨强化人文建设管理对妇产科护理人员职业认同感,工作压力及工作积极性影响研究。方法选取2023年1—12月宣恩县妇幼保健院妇产科工作的12名护理人员为研究对象,根据管理方式不同进行分组,2023年1—6月实施常规护理管理作为对照组,2023年7—12月在常规管理的基础上实施强化人文建设管理作为观察组。比较两组护士的工作积极性、工作倦怠感评分、关怀能力评分、投诉和差错发生情况。结果观察组的工作积极性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护士的护理质量、职业认同感评分分别为(92.73±1.82)分、(92.62±1.79)分,均高于对照组的(88.78±1.91)分、(88.67±1.82)分,观察组护士离职意愿评分为(23.73±1.84)分,低于对照组的(35.62±1.81)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.186、5.360、15.858,P均<0.05)。观察组护士的工作倦怠感评分低于对照组、关怀能力评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组护士投诉有3起,护理差错有4起;观察组护士有1起护理差错,观察组护士的投诉和差错发生情况少于对照组。结论对妇产科护理人员实施强化人文建设管理能够有效提高护理人员的职业认同感和工作积极性,减少其工作压力。Objective To study the influence of strengthening humanistic construction management on the profes⁃sional identity,work pressure and work enthusiasm of obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff.Methods A total of twelve nursing staff members working in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Xuan´en County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups based on the management method:the control group(nurses working under conventional management from January to June 2023)and the observation group(nurses working under strengthened humanistic management on the basis of conventional management from July to December 2023).The work enthusiasm,burnout,caring ability,and oc⁃currences of complaints and errors were compared between the two groups.Results The work enthusiasm of the obser⁃vation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The professional identity and nursing quality scores of the observation group were 92.73±1.82 and 92.62±1.79,respectively,both higher than those of the control group,which were 88.78±1.91 and 88.67±1.82.The turnover intention score of the observation group was 23.73±1.84,significantly lower than 35.62±1.81 of the control group,the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(t=5.186,5.360,15.858,all P<0.05).The observation group had significantly lower work burnout scores and higher caring ability scores compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were 3 complaints and 4 nursing errors in the control group,while the observation group had only 1 nursing error,and the occurrences of complaints and errors was less than in the control group.Con⁃clusion Strengthening humanistic management for obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff can effectively improve their professional identity and work enthusiasm,and reduce work stress.
