摘 要:目的在高质量发展背景下,调查公立医院护理管理人员职业化水平的现状,分析其影响因素,并探究提升对策。方法选取2023年5月—2024年5月徐州市公立医院在岗的102名护理管理人员作为研究对象,自行设计调查问卷开展横断面调查分析职业化水平,采用多元线性回归分析法进行职业化水平的多因素分析。结果一元线性回归分析结果显示,护理管理人员职业化水平在年龄、工作年限、从事护理管理工作年限、学历、是否有公共管理硕士(master of public administration,MPA)/工商管理硕士(master of business admin⁃istration,MBA)/医疗管理硕士(master of healthcare administration,MHA)、技术职称方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,工作年限、从事护理管理工作年限、是否有MPA/MBA/MHA、技术职称是护理管理人员职业化水平的主要影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论面对高质量发展的新要求,公立医院可从完善培训体系、强化实践训练和建立激励机制等方面着手,全面提升护理管理人员的职业化水平,为患者提供更优质、更高效的护理服务,共同推动公立医院的高质量发展。Objective Under the background of high-quality development,this paper investigates the current situation of the professionalization level of nursing managers in public hospitals,analyzes its influencing factors,and explores the countermeasures for improvement.Methods A total of 102 nursing managers in public hospitals in Xuzhou City from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.A self-designed questionnaire was used to carry out a cross-sectional survey to analyze the level of professionalism,and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the factors affecting the level of professionalism.Results The results of linear regression analysis showed that there were significant differences in the professional level of nursing managers in terms of age,working years,years of nursing management,educational background,master of public administration(MPA)/master of business administration(MBA)/master of healthcare administration(MHA)and technical titles(all P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years,years of nursing management,MPA/MBA/MHA and technical titles were the main influencing factors of the professional level of nursing managers(all P<0.05).Conclusion Facing the new requirements of high-quality development,public hospitals can comprehensively improve the professional level of nursing managers from the aspects of improving the training system,strengthening practical training and establishing incentive mechanism,so as to provide better and more efficient nursing services for patients and jointly promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
