规范化护理管理对普外科护士临床用药指导及护理工作质量的改善作用

摘　　要：目的研究规范化护理管理对普外科护士临床用药指导及护理工作质量的改善作用。方法选取2023年1—12月十堰市郧阳区中医医院普外科10名在职护士为研究对象,比较管理前(2023年1—6月,开展常规护理管理)、管理后(2023年7—12月,开展规范化护理管理)护士护理工作的改善情况。结果管理后护理工作质量评分比管理前更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后护士临床管理能力评分和用药指导测试得分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。管理后护士对护理管理方法的满意度为100.00%(10/10),高于管理前的60.00%(6/10)。结论在普外科护士临床护理工作中实施规范化护理管理,能有效提高护士护理工作质量,改善护士用药指导情况。Objective To study the effect of standardized nursing management on clinical medication guidance and nursing quality of general surgery nurses.Methods Ten nurses in the General Surgery Department of Yunyang District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shiyan City from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the improvement of nursing work of nurses was compared before management(January to June 2023,carrying out routine nursing management)and after management(July to December 2023,carrying out standardized nursing management).Results The nursing quality score after management were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of clinical management ability and medication guidance after management were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nurses on nursing management was 100.00%(10/10)after management,higher than 60.00%(6/10)before management.Conclusion The implementation of standardized nursing management in the clinical nursing work of general surgery nurses can effectively improve the quality of nursing work and improve the medication guidance of nurses.
