标准化质控管理对心血管科护理人员护理质量及医院感染的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析标准化质控管理对心血管科护理人员护理质量及医院感染的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月在山东颐养健康集团淄博医院心血管科工作的12名护理人员作为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施心血管科常规管理为对照组,2023年7—12月实施标准化质控管理为观察组,两组护理人员为同一批。比较两组感染控制措施的执行评分以及护理质量评分。结果观察组护理人员对于感染控制措施的执行评分高于对照组,其中观察组环境清洁卫生(7.25±0.78)分、医疗废物管理(8.17±0.41)分、无菌技术操作(8.23±0.36)分、手卫生(8.30±0.45)分均高于对照组的(6.98±0.95)分、(7.01±0.99)分、(7.13±0.85)分、(7.25±0.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.173、2.583、2.937、3.862,P均<0.05)。观察组护理人员的护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对心血管科护理人员实施标准化质控管理,可以提升护理人员对于医院感染控制的执行力以及护理质量。Objective To analyze the effect of standardized quality control management on nursing quality and hospital infection of nursing staff in cardiovascular department.Methods From January to December 2023,twelve nursing staff working in the cardiovascular department of Zibo Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2023,the routine management of the cardiovascular department was implemented as the control group.From July to December 2023,the standardized quality control management was implemented as the observation group.The two groups of nursing staff were the same group.The implementation scores of infection control measures and nursing quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nurses in the observation group on the implementation of infection control measures were higher than those in the control group,scores of environmental cleanliness and hygiene in the observation group was 7.25±0.78,medical waste management was 8.17±0.41,aseptic technical operation was 8.23±0.36,and hand hygiene was 8.30±0.45,which were higher than 6.98±0.95,7.01±0.99,7.13±0.85,7.25±0.63 in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.173,2.583,2.937,3.862,all P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized quality control management for nursing staff in cardiovascular department can improve the execution of nursing staff in hospital infection control and the quality of nursing.
