摘  要:目的分析妇产科护理管理中采用护士分层管理对提升工作质量的影响。方法选取2022年2月—2024年3月罗田县妇幼保健院妇产科18名护理人员为研究对象。2022年2月—2023年3月实施常规护理管理,为对照组;2023年4月—2024年3月实施护士分层管理,为观察组。比较两组工作质量、护理技能综合评分、满意度。结果观察组护理工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组理论知识评分为(96.45±2.32)分,妇产科专业护理技能评分为(57.38±2.48)分,实操技能评分为(35.06±1.36)分,高于对照组的(88.23±2.23)分、(53.24±2.38)分、(33.56±1.28)分,差异有统计学意义(t=15.573、5.389、9.090,P均<0.05)。观察组满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论妇产科护理管理中采用护士分层管理对工作质量的提升、护理技能综合评分及满意度有积极作用。Objective To analyze the impact of adopting nurse hierarchical management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management on improving work quality.Methods Eighteen nursing staff from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Luotian Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the study subjects from February 2022 to March 2024.The routine nursing management was implemented from February 2022 to March 2023 as the control group,and the stratified management of nurses was implemented from April 2023 to March 2024 as the observation group.The two groups were compared in terms of quality of work,nursing skill composite scores,and satisfaction.Results The quality of nursing work scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The score of theoretical knowledge of the observation group was 96.45±2.32,the score of specialized nursing skills in obstetrics and gynecology was 57.38±2.48,and the score of practical skills score was 35.06±1.36,which were higher than 88.23±2.23,53.24±2.38,and 33.56±1.28 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.573,5.389,9.090,all P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nurse stratification in the management of obstetrics and gynecology nursing care had a positive effect on the improvement of work quality,nursing skill composite scores and satisfaction.
