相似药品分区调剂模式对药品调剂差错率的影响

摘　　要：目的探究相似药品分区调剂模式对药品调剂差错率的影响。方法选取2023年1—12月枣庄市立医院14名药师为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施常规药品调剂管理模式为实施前,2023年7—12月实施相似药品分区调剂模式为实施后,分析实施前后药房单方调剂时间、药品核对时间、药品盘点时间、工作质量、药品调剂差错情况、临床科室的问题反馈情况。结果实施后单方调剂时间、药品核对时间、药品盘点时间均较实施前缩短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施后工作质量评分均较实施前提高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施后药品调剂差错率为0.0018%(141/1438371),较实施前的0.0098%(25/1363273)减少,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=75.010,P<0.05);实施相似药品分区调剂模式后临床科室的问题反馈例数较实施前的例数减少。结论相似药品分区调剂模式使工作效率、药品调剂管理质量明显提升,药品调剂差错概率降低,临床科室的问题反馈情况减少。Objective To explore the effect of similar drug dispensing pattern on drug dispensing error rate.Methods A total of fourteen pharmacists from Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,before the implementation of conventional drug dispensing management mode from January to June 2023,and after the implementation of similar drug dispensing mode from July to December 2023.Analyze the unilateral dispensing time,drug checking time,drug inventory time,work quality,drug dispensing errors,and problem feedback of clinical departments before and after implementation.Results After implementation,the time of unilateral dispensing,drug checking and drug inventory were shortened compared with that before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The work quality scores after implementation were higher than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The error rate of drug dispensing after implementation was 0.0018%(141/1438371),which was lower than 0.0098%(25/1363273)before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=75.010,P<0.05).The number of problem feedback cases in clinical departments after the implementation of similar drug dispensing mode was lower than that before the implementation.Conclusion The similar drug dispensing mode significantly improves the work efficiency and the quality of drug dispensing management,reduces the probability of drug dispensing errors,and reduces the feedback of problems in clinical departments.
