护理风险管理在外科护理管理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医院在实施外科护理管理期间护理风险管理措施的应用价值。方法选取2021年4月—2023年6月潍坊市人民医院的25名外科护理人员为研究对象。2021年4月—2022年5月接受常规护理管理,设为参照组,2022年6月—2023年6月接受护理风险管理,设为研究组。对比两组外科护理人员管理总满意度、护理质量评分。结果研究组外科护理人员管理总满意度为96.00%(24/25),高于参照组的68.00%(17/25),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.639,P<0.05)。研究组护理履行职责评分、专业知识评分、护理安全知识评分、护理服务态度评分以及护理风险防范评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医院在实施外科护理管理期间,护理风险管理方式的合理应用可提升管理满意度以及护理质量。Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management measures during the implementation of surgical nursing management in hospitals.Methods A total of twenty-five surgical nurses in Weifang People´s Hospital from April 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.Those who received routine nursing management from April 2021 to May 2022 were set as the reference group,and those who received nursing risk management from June 2022 to June 2023 were set as the study group.The total management satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of surgical nursing staff in the study group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than 68.00%(17/25)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.639,P<0.05).Nursing performance score,professional knowledge score,nursing safety knowledge score,nursing service attitude score and nursing risk prevention score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the implementation of surgical nursing management in hospitals,the reasonable application of nursing risk management can improve management satisfaction and nursing quality.
