摘 要:目的探究心血管内科新入职护士的护理管理成效。方法选择浠水县人民医院心血管内科2022年1月—2023年12月间新入职的10名护士作为研究对象,其中2022年1—12月5名护士为对照组,给予常规管理,2023年1—12月5名护士为研究组,给予强化管理,分析两组护士理论成绩、实践技能成绩、核心能力、管理满意度。结果研究组理论成绩(95.44±2.07)分、操作成绩(94.14±2.65)分均高于对照组(91.42±2.58)分、(90.42±2.09)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.718、2.465,P均<0.05)。研究组护士急救能力、沟通能力、批判性思维、临床护理、专业发展评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组各项管理满意程度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论强化管理模式不仅提升了新入职护士的专业技能和综合素质,还增强其工作满意度,为提升心血管内科的整体护理质量奠定了良好基础。Objective To explore the nursing management effect of new nurses in cardiovascular department.Methods Ten nurses newly recruited in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Xishui County People´s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,in which five nurses were given routine management as the control group from January to December 2022,and five nurses were given intensive management as the study group from January to December 2023.The theoretical score,practical skill score,core ability and management satisfaction of the two groups of nurses were analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical and operational of the study group were 95.44±2.07 and 94.14±2.65,were higher than 91.42±2.58 and 90.42±2.09 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.718,2.465,both P<0.05).The scores of first aid ability,communication ability,critical thinking,clinical nursing and professional development of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of management satisfaction of nurses in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive management mode not only improves the professional skills and comprehensive quality of new nurses,but also enhances their job satisfaction,which lays a good foundation for improving the overall nursing quality of cardiovascular department.
