摘 要:目的探讨采用细节思维管理法对精神科护理人员护理质量的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2023年4月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院的21名精神科护理人员进行护理管理研究。2021年3月—2022年3月采用常规方式进行管理,设为参照组;2022年4月—2023年4月采用细节思维管理法进行管理,设为研究组。对比两组护理质量评分、护理不良事件发生情况以及管理总满意度。结果研究组护理质量评分较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组未发生护理不良事件;参照组发生2起护患纠纷,3起护理人员受伤情况以及1起其他不良事件,共发生6起不良事件;研究组管理总满意度为95.24%(20/21),较参照组61.90%(13/21)高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.929,P<0.05)。结论医院针对精神科护理人员在给予护理管理期间合理应用细节思维管理法,可提升护理人员的护理质量,管理满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of detailed thinking management on nursing quality of psychiatric nursing staff.Methods A total of twenty-one psychiatric nurses admitted to Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Healthcare Group from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected for nursing management study.From March 2021 to March 2022,the routine management was carried out and set as the reference group;From April 2022 to April 2023,the detailed thinking management method were carried out and set up as the study group.The nursing quality score,the occurrence of adverse nursing events and the total management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores of the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The study group did not have any adverse events.In the control group,there were 2 nurse-patient disputes,3 nursing injuries and 1 other adverse events,with a total of 6 adverse events.The total satisfaction of the study group was 95.24%(20/21),higher than 61.90%(13/21)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.929,P<0.05).Conclusion For psychiatric nurses in the period of nursing management,the hospital reasonably apply the detailed thinking management method can improve the nursing quality of nurses and obtain higher management satisfaction.
