摘　　要：受时代进步、行业发展等多方面影响,医院应加强科研管理,积极构建科研管理信息化系统,对科研项目实施的全过程予以管控,提高科研成果转化率,推动本院朝着科研型医院发展。本文以分析医院科研管理现状为切入点,介绍医院科研管理中科研管理信息系统的运用,包括科研管理信息化建设的总体要求、总体目标及总体架构,并提出医院科研管理中科研管理信息系统应用的保障措施。Influenced by the progress of the times and the development of the industry,the hospital should strengthen the management of scientific research,actively construct the information system of scientific research management,control the whole process of the implementation of scientific research projects,improve the conversion rate of scien⁃tific research results,and promote the development of the hospital towards a scientific research hospital.Based on the analysis of the current situation of hospital scientific research management,this paper introduces the application of scientific research management information system in hospital scientific research management,including the overall requirements,overall objectives and overall architecture of scientific research management information construction,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the application of scientific research management information system in hospital scientific research management.
