基于问题式学习教学法对检验科血液学检验操作实践带教质量的影响研究

摘  要:目的探究检验科血液学检验操作实践带教中应用基于问题式学习教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)对带教质量的影响。方法选取2022年3月—2024年5月在吉林省神经精神病医院检验科实习的30名实习生作为研究对象,按实习时间不同将其分为常规组与观察组,各15名。2022年3月—2023年4月实施传统教学法为常规组,2023年5月—2024年5月实施PBL教学法为观察组。对比两组教学质量、教学满意度及考核成绩。结果观察组教学质量评分、教学满意度均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组理论成绩为(98.12±0.22)分、操作成绩为(98.32±0.21)分,均高于常规组的(97.81±0.27)分、(98.07±0.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.447、2.966,P均<0.05)。结论检验科血液学检验操作实践带教中使用PBL教学法,可提高教学质量、教学满意度及考核成绩。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)on the quality of teaching in the practice of hematology test operation in clinical laboratory.Methods From March 2022 to May 2024,thirty interns in the clinical laboratory of Jilin Provincial Neuropsychiatric Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different internship time,they were divided into routine group and observation group,fifteen in each group.From March 2022 to April 2023,the traditional teaching method was implemented as the routine group,and from May 2023 to May 2024,the PBL teaching method was implemented as the observation group.The teaching quality,teaching satisfaction and assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results The teaching quality score and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The theoretical scores of the observation group was 98.12±0.22 and the operation score was 98.32±0.21,which were higher than 97.81±0.27 and 98.07±0.25 of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.447,2.966,both P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method in the practice teaching of hematology test operation in the laboratory can improve the teaching quality,teaching satisfaction,and assessment results.
