摘　　要：目的对茂名市中心血站血液报废情况进行统计分析,探索减少血液报废的措施,有效节约血液资源,建立更健全的质量管理体系。方法收集2021—2023年茂名市中心血站血液报废数据,进行统计分析。结果2021—2023年血液制备总量为1030006 U,血液报废总量为31033.7 U,血液报废率为3.01%,其中检测原因血液报废占总报废量的55.46%,物理原因血液报废占总报废量的33.54%,过期原因血液报废占总报废量的11.00%;检验原因中谷丙转氨酶不合格的血液报废率逐年下降,物理原因血液报废率占比逐年下降。结论2021—2023年茂名市中心血站血液报废率维持在低水平,通过采取血液采集、检验、制备、储存等各个关键控制点的精细、有效措施,血液报废率呈逐年递减趋势。严格控制血液报废率,节约宝贵血液资源的同时,也促进血液质量安全的保障,从而体现出质量管理体系完善健全的程度。Objective To conduct a statistical analysis of the blood wastage situation at the Maoming Central Blood Station,explore measures to reduce blood wastage,effectively save blood resources,and establish a more sound quality management system.Methods Blood wastage data from the Maoming Central Blood Station from 2021 to 2023 were collected and subjected to statistical analysis.Results The total amount of blood prepared from 2021 to 2023 was 1030006 U,with a total blood wastage of 31033.7 U,resulting in a blood wastage rate of 3.01%.Among the reasons for wastage,testing-related factors accounted for 55.46%of the total wastage,physical factors accounted for 33.54%,and expiry-related factors accounted for 11.00%.The rate of blood wastage due to ALT non-compliance decreased annually,as did the rate of wastage due to physical factors.Conclusion The blood wastage rate at the Maoming Central Blood Station remained at a low level from 2021 to 2023.By implementing refined and effective measures at key control points such as blood collection,testing,preparation,and storage,the blood wastage rate showed a decreasing trend year by year.Strict control of the blood wastage rate not only saves valuable blood resources but also promotes the assurance of blood quality safety,reflecting the high degree of perfection and soundness in the quality management system.
