摘  要:人才招聘作为医院选用人才的第一环节,直接影响到医院人才队伍的质量,也是最重要的一个环节。本文概述了宁夏地区三级甲等综合医院人才招聘的现状,总结了宁夏地区三级甲等综合医院人才招聘存在的问题,提出了宁夏地区三级甲等综合医院人才招聘可持续发展的措施:做好精准招聘计划、增加招聘前期宣传准备工作、分类招聘引进人才、严格把控医院招聘工作环节、注重人才培养考核。As the first link of selecting talents in hospitals,talent recruitment directly affects the quality of hospital talent team,and it is also the most important link.This paper summarizes the current situation of talent recruitment in tertiary first-class general hospitals in Ningxia,summarizes the problems existing in talent recruitment in tertiary first-class general hospitals in Ningxia,and puts forward the measures for sustainable development of talent recruitment in tertiary first-class general hospitals in Ningxia:making accurate recruitment plans,increasing publicity and preparation work in the early stage of recruitment,classifying recruitment and introducing talents,strict controlling hospital recruitment links,and paying attention to talent training assessment.
