摘　　要：白求恩精神强调医疗技术与无私奉献,而叙事医学注重医生对患者故事的倾听与理解,两者结合有助于提升医疗服务的人性化。文章分析了医患关系中的信任缺失和沟通障碍,并提出通过医疗教育和职业培训强化白求恩精神,建立以患者为中心的服务文化,以改善医患互动。还展示了如何应用白求恩精神和叙事医学提升患者体验。提出了加强医德医风、优化医疗服务和沟通机制以及建立叙事医学分享中心等策略,以构建和谐的医患关系。通过医疗改革和信息化技术将促进医患关系更加人性化和法制化,白求恩精神与叙事医学的结合将进一步推动医患关系的和谐发展。Bethune´s spirit emphasizes medical technology and selfless dedication,while narrative medicine focuses on doctors´listening and understanding of patients´stories.The combination of the two helps to improve the humanization of medical services.This article analyzes the lack of trust and communication barriers in the doctor-patient relationship,and proposes to strengthen the Bethune spirit through medical education and vocational training,and establish a patient-centered service culture to improve doctor-patient interaction.It also shows how to apply Bethune´s spirit and narrative medicine to enhance the patient experience.Strategies such as strengthening medical ethics,optimizing medical services and communication mechanisms,and establishing narrative medical sharing centers were proposed to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Through medical reform and information technology,the doctor-patient relationship will be more humanized and legalized.The combination of Bethune spirit and narrative medicine will further promote the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
