摘 要:随着我国医疗行业的快速发展,国家区域医疗中心建设成为加快优质医疗资源扩容和区域均衡布局的重要举措。作为推进卫生健康领域供给侧结构性改革下的新型战略,国家区域医疗中心的建设与管理尤为重要。但目前对于国家区域医疗中心如何管理,尤其对于多家不同类型项目医院的管理,尚未有太多经验参照。本文通过月度简报的制定和实施,探索高水平医院管理机制,为新形势下国家区域医疗中心建设项目运行管理提供参考。With the rapid development of China´s healthcare industry,the construction of national regional medical centers has become an important initiative to accelerate the expansion of high-quality medical resources and the balanced regional layout.As a new type of strategy under the promotion of supply-side structural reform in the field of health care,the construction and management of national regional medical centers is particularly important.However,there has not been much empirical reference on how to manage national regional medical centers so far,especially for the management of multiple project hospitals of different types.This paper explores the high-level hospital management mechanism through the development and implementation of monthly briefing to provide reference for the operation and management of national regional medical center construction projects in the new situation.
