摘 要:肠道黏膜屏障是肉鸡抵御病原菌入侵和抵抗肠道应激的第一道屏障,对维持肠道稳态具有重要的调控作用。肠道微生物是一个复杂和动态的生态系统,微生物之间常以交叉喂养(cross-feeding)等互作方式形成微生物生态群,进而调控宿主的肠道健康。肠道共生菌可以通过调控杯状细胞分泌黏蛋白及其糖基化等方式参与肠道黏膜屏障功能互作,研究肠道微生物调控肠道黏膜屏障的机制对家禽快速生长和健康养殖具有重要的科学意义。本文围绕肠道黏膜屏障的形成、改善肠道黏膜屏障的意义、交叉喂养介导的微生物互作以及肠道微生物对肠道黏膜屏障的影响进行概述,旨在为肠道微生物调控肉鸡肠道黏膜屏障的研究提供参考。The intestinal mucosal barrier is the first barrier against pathogen invasion and intestinal stress in broiler chickens,and plays an important regulatory role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis.The gut microbiota is a complex and dynamic ecosystem,and microbial ecosystems are often formed by cross-feeding and other interactions between microorganisms to regulate the intestinal health of the host.The gut symbiotic bacteria can participate in the interaction of intestinal mucosal barrier function by regulating mucin secretion and glycosylation of goblet cells,etc.Studying the mechanism of intestinal microbial regulation of intestinal mucosal barrier has important scientific significance for rapid growth and healthy rearing of poultry.In this paper,we summarized the formation of intestinal mucosal barrier,the significance of improving intestinal mucosal barrier,microbial interactions mediated by cross-feeding,and the effects of gut microbiota on intestinal mucosal barrier,aiming to provide reference for the study of gut microbiota regulation of intestinal mucosal barrier in broiler chickens.
