摘 要:我国是农业大国,秸秆资源丰富,但秸秆中难以降解的纤维素成分含量高。生物法处理是纤维素降解利用的一种有效、环保及安全的处理方式,其利用具有纤维素降解功能的微生物通过产生胞外酶,将纤维素转化为易吸收的碳水化合物,从而提高秸秆消化率。本文概述了纤维素降解菌的分类、纤维素酶的分类与作用机制及其在秸秆等粗饲料资源开发中的应用和优化培养,进而促进粗饲料资源的开发与高效利用,为草食家畜养殖业降本增效和可持续健康发展提供参考。China is a large agricultural country with abundant straw resources,but the content of cellulose,which is difficult to be degraded,is high in straw.Biological treatment is an effective,environmentally friendly and safe treatment for cellulose degradation and utilization,which utilizes microorganisms with cellulose-degrading functions to convert cellulose into easily absorbed carbohydrates through the production of extracellular enzymes,thus improving the digestibility of straw.This paper outlines the classification of cellulose-degrading bacteria,the classification and mechanism of action of cellulase,and their application and optimal cultivation in the development of straw and other roughage resources,in order to provide a reference for the study of cellulose-degrading microorganisms,which in turn can promote the development and efficient utilization of roughage resources,and provide a reference for the reduction of cost and increase of efficiency and sustainable and healthy development of herbivorous livestock farming.
