摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同比例茵陈蒿替代饲粮中燕麦草对辽宁绒山羊生长性能、消化代谢、血清指标及瘤胃发酵参数的影响。选用24只平均体重为(26.93±0.77)kg的辽宁绒山羊,随机分为4组(每组6只),分别饲喂以0(对照组)、5%(WW5组)、10%(WW10组)和20%(WW20组)的茵陈蒿等量替代基础饲粮中燕麦草的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:1)各组绒山羊的生长性能和氮代谢均无显著差异(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,WW5和WW10组绒山羊的干物质、粗蛋白质和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,WW20组绒山羊血清中谷丙转氨酶活性和总蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05),同时尿素氮含量显著升高(P<0.05);WW5、WW10和WW20组绒山羊血清中免疫球蛋白A含量显著提高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,WW5和WW10组绒山羊瘤胃液中丙酸和微生物蛋白浓度显著提高(P<0.05),乙丙比显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,用5%~10%的茵陈蒿等量替代饲粮中燕麦草能够提高辽宁绒山羊的部分营养物质表观消化率,改善血清生化和免疫指标,促进瘤胃发酵。The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different ratios of Artemisia capillaris Thunb.substituted for oatmeal hay in diets on growth performance,digestion and metabolism,serum indices and rumen fermentation parameters of Liaoning cashmere goats.Twenty-four healthy Liaoning cashmere goats with similar body weight[(26.93±0.77)kg]were selected and randomly divided into four groups of six goats each.Goats in four groups received four diets where oatmeal hay was replaced with Artemisia capillaris Thunb.at 0(control group),5%(WW5 group),10%(WW10 group)and 20%(WW20 group),respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days and the experimental period lasted for 60 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in growth performance and nitrogen metabolism among all groups(P>0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein and acid detergent fiber of goats in WW5 and WW10 groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,serum alanine aminotransferase activity and total protein content of goats in WW20 group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum urea nitrogen content of goats in WW20 group was significantly increased(P<0.05);the serum immunoglobulin A content of goats in WW5,WW10 and WW20 groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).4)Rumen concentrations of propionic acid and microbial protein were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the propionic acid/butyric acid ratio of goats was significantly decreased in WW5 and WW10 groups compared with the control group(P<0.05).In summary,Artemisia capillaris Thunb.substitution of 5%to 10%oatmeal hay can enhance the apparent digestibility of partial nutrients in diets,improve the serum biochemical and immune indices,and promote the rumen fermentation of Liaoning cashmere goats.
