摘 要:本试验旨在建立黔北麻羊羯羊能量和蛋白质需要量的估计模型。试验挑选体重(24.28±0.20)kg、健康的黔北麻羊羯羊48只,随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复3只羊。各组分别按《肉羊饲养标准》(NY/T 816—2004)中山羊日增重为40、60、80、100 g/d营养需要进行饲喂。预试期14 d,正试期42 d。在试验结束后,采用全收粪收尿法收集粪尿7 d,以测定羯羊能量和粗蛋白质(CP)表观消化率和表观代谢率。结果表明:1)随着饲粮营养水平的增加,羯羊平均日增重、干物质采食量逐渐增加,料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。2)随着饲粮营养水平的增加,羯羊能量和CP表观消化率和表观代谢率逐渐增加。3)羯羊维持需要消化能(DE_(m))和维持需要代谢能(ME_(m))分别为574.00和482.06 kJ/kg BW^(0.75),每克日增重消化能(DE_(g))和每克日增重代谢能(ME_(g))分别为38和32 kJ;维持所需可消化粗蛋白质(DCP)和可代谢粗蛋白质(MCP)分别为1.830和1.162 g/kg BW^(0.75),每克日增重所需DCP和MCP分别为0.340和0.216 g。由此可见,提高饲粮营养水平可改善黔北麻羊羯羊生长性能和提高养分消化吸收效率。利用回归梯度法结合养分消化代谢试验,建立了黔北麻羊羯羊的消化能、代谢能、DCP和MCP的需要模型。The experiment was conducted to establish the models for the energy and protein requirements for Qianbei brown wethers.Forty-eight healthy Qianbei brown wethers with body weight of(24.28±0.20)kg were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups with 3 replicates per group and 4 goats per replicate.Wethers were feed for expected average body weight gain at 40,60,80 and 100 g/d based on recommendation of Chinese Goat Nutrients Requirement(NY/T 816—2004).The pre-experimental period lasted for 14 days,and the experimental period lasted for 42 days.At the ending of feeding trial,feed,feces and urine sample were collected for 7 days,to measure the energy and crude protein(CP)apparent digestibility and apparent metabolic rate.The results showed as follows:1)with dietary nutrient levels increased,the average weight gain and dry matter intake of wethers were gradually increased,and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)With dietary nutrient levels increased,the energy and CP apparent digestibility and apparent metabolic rate of wethers were gradually increased.3)The digestible energy requirement for maintenance(DE_(m))and metabolizable energy requirement for maintenance(ME_(m))of wethers were 574.00 and 482.06 kJ/kg BW^(0.75),digestible energy requirement for daily weight gain per gram(DE_(g))and metabolizable requirement for daily weight gain per gram(ME_(g))were 38 and 39 kJ;digestible crude protein(DCP)and metabolizable crude protein(MCP)requirements for maintenance were 1.830 and 1.162 g/kg BW^(0.75),DCP and MCP for daily weight gain per gram were 0.340 and 0.216 g.In conclusion,increasing the dietary nutrient levels can improve the growth performance and nutrient digestive and absorptive efficiency of Qianbei brown wethers.The digestible energy,metabolizable energy,DCP and MCP requirement models have been established for Qianbei brown wethers by the regression method combining with nutrient digestion and metabolism experiments.
