摘 要:本试验旨在研究给哺乳期马驹补喂不同剂量的半胱胺锌(Zn-CS)对其生长发育、抗氧化能力及激素分泌的影响。选取体重(94.96±19.43)kg、2月龄的健康伊犁马哺乳马驹24匹,随机分为4个组,每组6匹(3公3母)。在相同饲养管理条件下,对照组马匹不做任何处理,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组马匹每天分别补喂1、2和3 mg/kg BW的Zn-CS,持续90 d。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,补喂Zn-CS对马驹各阶段的体重和体尺均无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)在试验第60天时,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组马驹血清白蛋白(ALB)含量显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)在试验第90天时,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组马驹血清甘油三酯(TG)含量均较对照组极显著降低(P<0.01)。4)在试验第30天时,试验Ⅱ组马驹血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组马驹血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);在试验第90天时,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组马驹血清ALP活性极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。5)在试验第60天时,试验Ⅰ和Ⅱ组马驹血清钙含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。6)在试验第30、60和90天时,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组马驹血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性极显著提高(P<0.01),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);3个试验组马驹血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)均极显著提高(P<0.01)。7)在试验第30、60和90天时,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组马驹血清三碘甲状腺原氨素(T_(3))和生长抑素(SS)含量极显著降低(P<0.01);在试验第30和90天时,与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ组马驹血清生长激素(GH)和胰岛素(INS)含量显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。由此可见,给哺乳期马驹每天补喂2~3 mg/kg BW的Zn-CS能够促进马驹生长激素的分泌,提高马驹的抗氧化能力,进一步改善马驹的生长发育。The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of supplemental feeding of cysteamine chelated zinc(Zn-CS)with different doses on the growth and development,antioxidant capacity and hormone secretion of lactating foals.Twenty-four healthy Yili horse nursing foals weighing(94.96±19.43)kg and 2 months old were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 foals(3 males and 3 females)in each group.Under the same feeding and management conditions,foals in control group were not subjected to any treatment,while those in trial groups I,II and III were supplemented with 1,2 and 3 mg/kg BW Zn-CS per day for 90 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,supplemental feeding of Zn-CS had no significant effects on the body weight and body size of foals at each stage(P>0.05).2)On the 60th day of the experiment,the serum albumin(ALB)content in the trial groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas significantly or extremely significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).3)On the 90th day of the experiment,the serum triglyceride(TG)content in the trial groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas extremely significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).4)On the 30th day of the experiment,the activity of serum alanine transaminase(ALT)in the trial groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in the trial groupsⅡandⅢwas extremely significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01);on the 90th day of the experiment,the activity of serum ALP in the trial groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwas extremely significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).5)On the 60th day of the experiment,the content of serum calcium in the trial groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).6)On the 30th,60th and 90th day of the experiment,compared with the control group,the activities of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and catalase(CAT)in the trial groupsⅡandⅢwere extremely significantl
