摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲料中添加缩合单宁、水解单宁和单宁酸对海鲈生长性能、血清指标、肠道消化酶活性以及肠道和肝脏组织形态的影响。选取480尾初始体重为(4.24±0.26)g的健康海鲈,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾鱼。4组分别饲喂基础饲料(对照,G1组)、缩合单宁饲料(含0.1%缩合单宁,G2组)、水解单宁饲料(含0.1%水解单宁,G3组)和单宁酸饲料(含0.1%单宁酸,G4组)。试验期56 d。结果表明:1)各组间海鲈生长性能指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);2)与G1组相比,G2组血清总胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),G2组和G4组血清甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05);3)与G1组相比,G4组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),G2组和G4组血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);4)与G1组相比,G2组肠道胰蛋白酶活性显著降低(P<0.05);5)与G1组相比,G2组、G3组和G4组肠道绒毛长度显著降低(P<0.05),G2组绒毛宽度显著提高(P<0.05),G2组、G3组和G4组肌层厚度显著降低(P<0.05);6)G2组肝细胞形态正常,而G1组、G3组和G4组呈现不同程度的肝细胞脂质空泡化现象。综上所述,饲料中添加0.1%缩合单宁、水解单宁和单宁酸不影响海鲈生长性能,但降低了血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯和丙二醛含量,以及肠道胰蛋白酶活性、绒毛长度和肌层厚度;其中,缩合单宁对海鲈肝脏组织和功能的影响较小,但对肠道胰蛋白酶活性的抑制以及肠道组织的破坏作用较强,单宁酸对增强海鲈抗氧化能力的效果较好。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary condensed tannin,hydrolyzed tannin and tannic acid on growth performance,serum indices,intestinal digestive enzyme activity and intestinal and liver tissue morphology of sea bass(Lateolabrax maculatus).A total of 480 healthy sea bass with an initial body weight of(4.24±0.26)g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 40 fish per replicate.The fish in the four groups was fed a basal diet(control,G1 group),condensed tannin diet(containing 0.1%condensed tannin,G2 group),hydrolyzed tannin diet(containing 0.1%hydrolyzed tannin,G3 group)and tannic acid diet(containing 0.1%tannic acid,G4 group),respectively.The experiment lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in growth performance indices of sea bass among all groups(P>0.05);2)compared with G1 group,the serum total cholesterol content in G2 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum contents of triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in G2 and G4 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05);3)compared with G1 group,the serum superoxide dismutase activity in G4 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde content in G2 and G4 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);4)compared with G1 group,the intestinal trypsin activity in G2 group was significantly decreased(P<0.05);5)compared with G1 group,the intestinal villus length in G2,G3 and G4 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the villus width in G2 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the muscle thickness in G2,G3 and G4 groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);6)the morphology of hepatocytes in G2 group was normal,while the hepatocytes in G1,G3 and G4 groups showed different degrees of lipid vacuolation.In conclusion,dietary 0.1%condensed tannin,hydrolyzed tannin and tannic acid do not affect the growth performance of sea bass,but decrease the contents of total cholesterol,triglyceride and malondialdehyde in
