摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮添加裸藻β-葡聚糖对伊拉肉兔生长性能和肠道菌群及组织蛋白表达的影响。选用120只体重相近的35日龄断奶伊拉商品肉兔(公母各占1/2),随机分为4组,每组30个重复,每个重复1只兔。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮的基础上添加300(试验Ⅰ组)、500(试验Ⅱ组)和700 mg/kg(试验Ⅲ组)裸藻β-葡聚糖的饲粮。预试期5 d,正试期22 d。结果表明:1)各组间肉兔生长性能无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组肉兔死亡率显著降低(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组肉兔盲肠菌群Simpson指数显著提高(P<0.05)。相似性分析(ANOSIM)结果表明,试验Ⅱ组盲肠微生物群落组成与其他组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,在门水平上,试验Ⅱ组盲肠拟杆菌门和TM7相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05);在属水平上,试验Ⅱ组盲肠瘤胃球菌属相对丰度显著提高(P<0.05)。3)试验Ⅱ组空肠热休克蛋白90(HSP90)蛋白表达量显著低于其他各组(P<0.05),空肠Toll样受体4(TLR4)蛋白表达量显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组空肠β-防御素-2(BD-2)蛋白表达量显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,饲粮添加500 mg/kg裸藻β-葡聚糖可降低伊拉肉兔死亡率,提高盲肠菌群多样性,并提高盲肠有益菌相对丰度,降低有害菌相对丰度,同时降低空肠HSP90、TLR4和BD-2的蛋白表达量,增强肠道免疫能力,改善肠道健康。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietaryβ-glucan from Euglena gracilis on growth performance and intestinal microbiota and tissue protein expression of Ira meat rabbits.A total of 12035-day-old weaned Ila commercial meat rabbits(half male and half female)with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 30 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate.Rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 300(test groupⅠ),500(test groupⅡ)and 700 mg/kg(test groupⅢ)β-glucan from Euglena gracilis,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 5 days and the experimental period lasted for 22 days.The results showed as follows:1)there were no significant differences in the growth performance of meat rabbits among all groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the mortality of meat rabbits in test groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).2)Compared with the control group,the Simpson index of cecal microbiota of meat rabbits in test groupⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05).The results of analysis of similarities(ANOSIM)showed that there were significant differences in the composition of cecal microbiota between test groupⅡand other groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,at the phylum level,the relative abundances of Bacteroidetes and TM7 in cecum in test groupⅡwere significantly increased(P<0.05);at the genus level,the Ruminococcus relative abundance in cecum in test groupⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05).3)The heat shock protein 90(HSP90)protein expression level in jejunum in test groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in the other groups(P<0.05),and the Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)protein expression level in jejunum in test groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in the control group and test groupⅠ(P<0.05);theβ-defensin-2(BD-2)protein expression level in jejunum in test groupsⅡandⅢwas significantly lower than that in the control group and test group�
