摘  要:本试验旨在评价5种不同来源豆粕的猪有效能值和营养物质消化率,及基于化学组成建立豆粕消化能(DE)和代谢能(ME)的预测方程。选用18头初始体重为(40.02±2.14)kg的杜×长×大去势公猪,按照18×2尤丁方试验设计将猪随机分成6组,分别饲喂玉米基础饲粮和5种不同来源豆粕饲粮,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。试验共2期,每期12 d,包括7 d饲粮适应期和5 d粪尿收集期。结果表明:5种不同来源豆粕的DE、ME以及总能(GE)、干物质(DM)和粗蛋白质(CP)表观全肠道消化率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。豆粕DE和ME与GE和CP含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),而与中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量呈负相关的趋势。本试验没有得到豆粕DE的预测方程,基于化学成分和DE建立的豆粕ME预测方程为:ME=0.9546 DE-0.1912(R^(2)=0.9966,P<0.01),ME=0.9064 DE+0.1217粗灰分(Ash%)-0.2611(R^(2)=0.9992,P<0.01)和ME=0.8602 DE+0.1249 CP+0.2245 Ash-0.3685(R^(2)=0.9999,P<0.01)。综上所述,不同来源豆粕的DE和ME存在很大差异,其ME最适预测方程为ME=0.8602 DE+0.1249 CP+0.2245 Ash-0.3685(R^(2)=0.9999,P<0.01)。The study was conducted to evaluate available energy and nutrient digestibility for 5 different sources of soybean meal,and develop prediction equations of digestible energy(DE)and metabolizable energy(ME)of soybean meal based on chemical composition.A total of 18 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire boars with an initial body weight of(40.02±2.14)kg were allocated into 6 groups,which were fed the corn basal diet and 5 soybean meal diets.Each dietary group included 6 replicates,and 1 pig per replicate.The feeding experiment included 2 periods and each period lasted 12 days,including 7 days of dietary adaptation and 5 days of total feces and urine collection.The results showed that there were significant differences in DE,ME and digestibility of gross energy,dry matter and crude protein(CP)among 5 soybean meal(P<0.05).The DE and ME were positive correlated to gross energy and CP of soybean meal(P<0.05),but showed a negative correlation with neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber.Based on the chemical composition and DE,the prediction equations of ME were developed as following:ME=0.9546 DE-0.1912(R^(2)=0.9966,P<0.01),ME=0.9064 DE+0.1217 Ash-0.2611(R^(2)=0.9992,P<0.01)and ME=0.8602 DE+0.1249 CP+0.2245 Ash-0.3685(R^(2)=0.9999,P<0.01).Above all,there are large variations on DE and ME among different soybean meals.The optimal prediction equation of ME is ME=0.8602 DE+0.1249 CP+0.2245 Ash-0.3685(R^(2)=0.9999,P<0.01).
