浅谈高初始磁导率锰锌铁氧体材料研究现状

摘  要:高磁导率锰锌铁氧体作为应用广泛的非金属功能陶瓷材料,产量占软磁铁氧体的三成以上,是国民经济生产中重要的基础原材料之一。从高初始磁导率锰锌铁氧体材料国内外的发展历程、研究情况和应用情况三大方面进行说明,其中,以时间为主线详细阐述了高初始磁导率锰锌铁氧体材料的发展历程,同时对国内的发展历程做出说明,通过对比国内外高初始磁导率锰锌铁氧体材料的性能,说明国内外的生产水平差距显著缩小,某些高初始磁导率锰锌铁氧体材料的电性特性上已优于国外同类型的;国内外研究情况则是依据生产流程进行论述,包含对主成分、微量添加物、烧结工艺和涂装工艺及其对应的作用来分类逐项讨论;国内外应用情况则是从产品各应用领域进行分析,说明实际应用会综合权衡多项特性。As the widely used non-metallic functional ceramic material,the output of high permeability manganese-zinc ferrite accounted for more than 30%of that of soft magnetic ferrites,which was one of the important basic raw materials in the production of the national economy.It was divided into three parts,namely the development process,research and application at home and abroad of high initial permeability manganese-zinc ferrite material to explain it.Firstly,the development process at home and abroad was elaborated in chronological sequence,and explained it.By comparing the performance of high initial permeability manganese-zinc ferrite materials at home and abroad,it showed that the high initial permeability manganese-zinc ferrite material produced in China was not worse than that of foreign products,indeed the electrical properties of some high permeability manganese-zinc ferrites were better than those the same type of foreign ones.Secondly,the research situation at home and abroad was discussed according to production process,which consisted of the principal components,trace additives,sintering process and coating process as well as their corresponding functions.Lastly,the application situation at home and abroad was analyzed by illustrating the application areas,which indicated that the real application would weigh multinomial property.
