摘 要:以钛合金三元流叶轮的铣削粗加工为研究对象,针对钛合金材料特性及三元流叶轮结构特点开展了加工工艺性分析,得出了传统的线性逐层走刀铣削方式不适用于大直径的叶轮粗加工的结论,提出了使用U型走刀的铣削加工策略,确定了材料去除率最高、刀具损耗量最小的参数范围。通过不同走刀方式下的叶轮铣削粗加工对比试验,验证了U型铣削优化理论的技术有效性。相较于传统的线性铣削走刀方式,使用U型走刀铣削加工700 mm直径档钛合金三元流叶轮可以提高加工效率31.3%,降低刀具消耗43.75%。The milling rough machining of titanium alloy three-dimensional flow impeller was taken as the research object,and the processing technology analysis was carried out according to the material characteristics of titanium alloy and the structural characteristics of three-dimensional flow impeller.It was concluded that the traditional linear layer-by-layer cutter milling method was not suitable for the rough machining of large diameter impeller,and a milling strategy using U-shaped cutter was proposed,so it was determined that the parameter range with the highest material removal rate and the smallest tool loss.The technical effectiveness of the U-shaped milling optimization theory was verified by the comparison test of impeller milling rough machining under different cutting modes.Compared with the traditional linear milling method,using U-shaped tool to mill the 700 mm diameter titanium alloy three-dimensional flow impeller could improve the machining efficiency by 31.3%and could reduce the tool consumption by 43.75%.
