一流大学“小镇做题家”的多重情感:现状透视、生成机理及应对策略

摘  要:“小镇做题家”是近期网络社会广泛热议的话题。聚焦于“小镇做题家”在大学适应和发展过程中的微观面向,文章以质性研究方法为依托,选取国内顶尖的P大和T大为样本场域,在访谈的形式上加入对“小镇做题家”自我呈现的文本分析,探究“小镇做题家”进入一流大学之后的情感体验及其生成机理,据此提出相应的对策建议。研究发现,纵向上与过去对比所造成的强烈心理落差,横向上与同侪比较所激发的对于出身的介意,催生了“小镇做题家”在场域转换中的失落与自卑,在社会活动中抱有拒绝入场的态度;通过“同类人”标准框定的社交安全区,造成了“小镇做题家”主动脱离同侪关系网络进而产生疏离与孤独感;承担着来自外界和自我的过高期待,但现实中可以寻求的支持力量非常有限,在期待与现实的错位下“小镇做题家”不得不在强大的压力和深深的无力中疯狂切换、矛盾挣扎。为打破这样的情感困局,不仅需要“小镇做题家”发挥极大的自我能动性与自我和解,家庭、学校和社会各个层面也应该精准施策,协同发力,共同促进“小镇做题家”在大学中的成长与发展。"The small-town swot"is a hot topic in the internet recently.This study focuses on the micro aspect of"the small-town swot"about their adaptation and development in top universities.Relying on qualita⁃tive research methods,it selects the domestic top P and T universities as selected fields of samples,adds text a⁃nalysis of self-describing of"the small-town swot"on the basis of interviews,and explores the emotional expe⁃rience and generation mechanism of"the small-town swot"after entering top universities.Based on the re⁃search results,propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The study found that the strong psychological gap caused by the vertical comparison with the past, and the care about family background inspired bythe horizontal comparison with peers, led to the loss and inferiority in the field transformation of "the smalltownswot";The attitude of refusing to enter the campus social activities and the social safety zone framed by"liking of themselves" standard have caused "the small-town swot" to take the initiative to break away fromthe peer relationship network, resulting in a sense of alienation and loneliness;Bearing high expectations fromthe outsider and themselves but the limited support can be sought in reality, "the small-town swot" has toswitch crazily and struggle with contradictions under strong pressure and deep powerlessness. In order to breakthis emotional dilemma, it is not only necessary for "the small-town swot" to exercise great self initiative to a⁃chieve reconciliation with themselves, but also for families, schools and society to take precise measures andwork together to promote the development of "the small-town swot" in universities.
