摘 要:校园环境支持是影响博士生学术时间投入的重要因素,目前较少有研究围绕两者之间的关系开展深入探讨。基于2022年Nature全球博士生调查数据,采用有序Probit回归、广义有序Logit回归等方法,分析校园环境支持对全球博士生学术时间投入的影响效应。研究发现,亚洲博士生学术时间投入最高,但全球博士生学术时间投入整体不足;导生关系支持和科研文化支持能显著提升博士生学术时间投入;而学术资金支持、生涯发展支持和心理健康支持对博士生学术时间投入不存在显著影响。Academic time investment is a crucial indicator of doctoral students'academic engagement,and the supportive campus environment is a significant factor affecting doctoral students'academic time investment.However,limited research has delved into the intricate relationship between these two fac⁃tors.Drawing upon the 2022 Nature Global Doctoral Survey,this study employs statistical methods such as or⁃dered probit regression and generalized ordered logit regression to examine the impact of the supportive campus environment on the academic time investment of doctoral students worldwide.The findings reveal that Asian doctoral students have the highest academic time investment,yet the overall academic time investment of global doctoral students is inadequate.Supportive mentor-student relationships and research culture can significantly improve academic time investment among doctoral students.In contrast,support in academic funding,career development,and mental and health services does not appear to have a substantial effect on their academic time investment.
