摘　　要：群众纪律建设是党的纪律建设的重要组成部分,毛泽东在领导我国新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设的长期实践中,形成了独特的群众纪律建设思想,从建立完善群众纪律,到严格执行群众纪律,再到模范遵守群众纪律,无一不反映着他的政治智慧和领袖风范。今年是新中国成立75周年,重温毛泽东的群众纪律建设思想,对于走好实现第二个百年奋斗目标新的赶考之路,推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,加强纪律建设具有十分重要的现实意义。The construction of mass discipline is an important part of the Party's discipline construction.In the long-term practice of leading China's new democratic revolution,socialist revolution and construction,Mao Zedong formed a unique ideology of the construction of mass discipline.From the establishment and improvement of mass discipline to the strict implementation of mass discipline,and then to the exemplary observance of mass discipline,all of these reflect his political wisdom and leadership.This year is the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.It is of great practical significance to review Mao Zedong Thought on the construction of mass discipline,for walking the new road to achieve the second centenary goal,pushing the full strict governance over the Party to a deeper level,and strengthening discipline construction.
