摘　　要：高昌,位于今新疆吐鲁番盆地,是连接中原和西域的交通枢纽。自汉宣帝神爵二年(公元前60年)将西域正式纳入统治之下后,中原王朝对西域的管理不断加强,从而推动了包括高昌在内的西域地区的建设与发展。在中原王朝治理西域的过程中,中原与西域在政治、经济、文化等不同领域的交往交流交融不断加深,深刻影响和改变着高昌地区的发展进程。尤其是在政治上,高昌深受中原地区的影响。该文分析了不同的历史时期,高昌地区的行政体制随着时代和社会的发展而产生的不同形态。这一演变过程的意义,不仅是其地方行政体制的进步,更是对中原王朝政治上的认同。Gaochang,located in today's Turpan Basin,Xinjiang,is a transportation hub connecting the Central Plains and the Western Regions.Since the Western Regions were formally incorporated into the rule in the second year(60 BC)of Emperor Xuan of the Han Dynasty,the management of the Western Regions by the Central Plains Dynasty has been continuously strengthened,thus promoting the construction and development of the Western Regions including Gaochang.In the process of governing the Western Regions by the Central Plains Dynasty,the exchanges and exchanges between the Central Plains and the Western Regions in different fields such as politics,economy and culture have continued to deepen,profoundly affecting and changing the development process of the Gaochang region.Especially in politics,Gaochang is deeply influenced by the Central Plains region.This article analyzes the different forms of administrative systems in Gaochang area that have emerged with the development of the times and society in different historical periods.The significance of this evolution process is not only the progress of its local administrative system,but also the recognition of the political identity of the Central Plains dynasties.
