摘　　要：充足的数字化人才是我国推动文化产业高质量发展的重要支撑力量。文化产业链条跨度较大,流程较多,包含文化创意、生产、传播和消费等多个环节,每个环节对数字人才的能力要求各不相同,呈现出全方面、多领域、复合型的重要特征。数智时代背景下,我国文化产业正经历着一场深刻的变革。尽管其在人才培养方面已经取得了一些成效,但仍然面临许多问题。基于此,该文对数智时代下我国文化产业数字化人才培养的现状和困境进行细致分析,并提出应从政府、企业、高校、社会等多个维度共同推进,完善文化产业数字化人才培养机制,从而推动我国文化产业的转型升级。Adequate digital talents are an important supporting force for promoting high-quality development of cultural industries in China.The cultural industry chain has a large span and multiple processes,including cultural creativity,production,dissemination,and consumption.Each link has different requirements for the abilities of digital talents,presenting important characteristics of comprehensiveness,multi domain,and composite.Especially in the context of the digital age,China's cultural industry is undergoing a profound transformation.Although some achievements have been made in talent cultivation,there are still many unresolved issues.Based on this,the article conducts a detailed analysis of the current situation and challenges of digital talent cultivation in China's cultural industry in the era of digital intelligence,and proposes that efforts should be made from multiple dimensions such as government,enterprises,universities,and society to improve the mechanism for digital talent cultivation in the cultural industry,thereby promoting the transformation and upgrading of China's cultural industry.
