摘  要:本研究旨提高废钢回收利用的效率和准确性。通过综述国内外废钢分类标准、加工工艺以及智能识别技术的研究进展,本研究综合评估了废钢智能识别技术的实际应用和发展潜力。研究发现,废钢分类主要依据来源、化学成分和外观尺寸,而智能识别技术如激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)和数字图像处理技术在废钢识别中显示出快速、准确的潜力。尽管如此,技术成熟度、稳定性和可靠性仍需提高,且成本、操作便捷性以及与现有生产流程的兼容性是制约其广泛应用的关键因素。废钢智能识别技术发展前景广阔,但需克服技术和市场挑战。未来,随着技术进步和市场成熟,废钢回收、分类、加工行业预计将实现更加智能化、高效化的发展。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of scrap steel recycling.By summarizing the research progress of domestic and international steel scrap classification standards,processing technology and intelligent recognition technology,this study comprehensively evaluates the practical application and development potential of intelligent recognition technology for steel scrap.It is found that scrap classification is mainly based on source,chemical composition and appearance size,while intelligent identification technologies such as laser⁃induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)and digital image processing show potential for fast and accurate scrap identification.Nevertheless,the maturity,stability and reliability of the technologies still need to be improved,and cost,ease of operation and compatibility with existing production processes are key constraints to their widespread application.The development of intelligent identification technology for steel scrap is promising,but technical and market challenges need to be overcome.In the future,with technological progress and market maturity,the scrap steel recycling,classification and processing industry is expected to achieve more intelligent and efficient development.
