摘　　要：本文针对高频焊接钢管高压水除鳞系统,研究出一套用于去除钢管外表面氧化铁皮的新型系统设备,通过增加两级过滤系统以及提高高压泵出口压力,达到改善除鳞水的水质、提高除鳞水的打击力、提升产品质量的目的,同时节约能源、减少日常维护,增加经济效益。This article focuses on the high⁃frequency welding steel pipe high⁃pressure water descaling system,and develops a new type of system equipment for removing oxide scale on the outer surface of steel pipes.By adding a two⁃stage filtration system and increasing the outlet pressure of the high⁃pressure pump,the water quality of descaling water,the impact force of descaling water,and product quality can be improved.At the same time,it can also save energy and reduce daily maintenance,increasing economic benefits.
