摘  要:随着国家对环境保护的力度不断加强,超低排放政策逐步落实,各大钢厂增加了对棒线材生产线的除尘改造,亟需一种投资低除尘效果显著的烟尘治理方案。通过棒线材产线粉尘特点及扩散机理与某产线逸散粉尘浓度的实测数据,对各产尘点位进行分析,结合除尘、抑尘特点,设置处理手段。最终形成了一种将除尘与抑尘相结合的在线烟尘治理技术,实现了除尘效果显著、排放浓度达标与经济成本较低的结果。With the continuous strengthening of environmental protection by the country and the gradual implementation of ultra-low emission policies,major steel mills have increased the dust removal renovation of their rod and wire production lines,and urgently need a low investment and significant dust removal effect smoke control plan.By analyzing the characteristics and diffusion mechanism of dust on the rod and wire production line,as well as the measured data of the concentration of scattered dust on a certain production line,analyze the characteristics of each dust generation location.Combined with the characteristics of dust removal and suppression,treatment methods are arranged.Finally,an online smoke and dust control technology combining dust removal and suppression was obtained,achieving significant dust removal effects,meeting emission concentration standards,and lower economic costs.
