摘 要:为了提升电弧炉全废钢冶炼系统能效,研究了某钢铁企业60t Consteel电弧炉全废钢冶炼能效优化工艺,建立了分阶段电弧炉炼钢物料平衡、能量平衡及能效评价技术,对电弧炉冶炼操作制度提出优化建议。结果表明,优化后工艺各阶段的电能热效率、化学能热效率、电弧炉总效率均有所提升。优化后工艺冶炼周期缩短10min,加料时间缩短4min,通电时间缩短5.8min,吨钢电耗减少了59.5kW·h。In order to improve the energy efficiency of the electric arc furnace smelting systemwith all scrap,Energy efficiency optimization process werestudied on a 60t Consteel electric arc furnace all⁃scrap steel smelting condition of an iron and steel enterprise,the material balance,energy balance and energy efficiency evaluation techniques of the staged electric arc furnace steelmaking were established,and optimisation suggestions were made for the electric arc furnace smelting operation system.The results show that the thermal efficiency of electric energy,chemical energy and total efficiency of electric arc furnace in each stage of the optimised process have been improved.The smelting cycle of the optimised process was shortened by 10 min,the charging time was shortened by 4 min,the energisation time was shortened by 58min,and the electricity consumption per ton of steel was reduced by 595kW·h.
