摘  要:振动和噪音是液压设备常见的故障,本钢7#高炉煤气余压透平发电装置静叶伺服阀台在运行过程中逐渐出现振动和噪音并逐渐加剧,严重影响设备稳定运行。通过对液压系统和仪控系统的全面排查,最终发现振动和噪音是由于伺服控制器输出信号偏差引起,证明了引起液压系统振动和噪音的多因素性。Vibration and noise are common faults in hydraulic equipment.During the operation of the 7#blast furnace TRT static blade servo valve platform,vibration and noise gradually appeared and intensified,seriously affecting the stable operation of equipment.Through a comprehensive investigation of the hydraulic and instrumentation systems,it was found that the vibration and noise were caused by the deviation of the output signal of the servo controller,proving the multifactorial nature of of causing vibration and noise in hydraulic systems.
