摘  要:中小型高炉产能置换和扩容重组是响应国家钢铁行业发展战略的重要方向,本文主要介绍某高炉从530m^(3)扩容到800m^(3)后上料和炉顶系统的升级改造。通过高炉上料作业率计算分析,对扩容后的高炉进行上料系统、炉顶设备改造设计,并成功投产应用,投产后高炉运行指标良好,这对于同级别高炉扩容改造有重要的指导和借鉴意义。Long life,energy saving,environmental protection and large scale are the development trends of blast furnace.The capacity replacement and expansion restructuring of small and medium⁃sized blast furnaces are important directions in response to the development strategy of the national steel industry.This article mainly introduces the upgrading and transformation of the feeding and top system of blast furnace after expanding from 530m^(3) to 800m^(3).By calculating and analyzing the loading operation rate of the blast furnace,the loading system and top equipment of the expanded blast furnace were redesigned and successfully put into operation.The operating indicators of the blast furnace were good after operation,which has important guidance and reference significance for the expansion and transformation of blast furnaces of the same level.
