摘  要:在钢铁企业冷轧产线连退机组的实际生产中,普遍存在因设备老化而导致的空燃比失衡、人工调节空燃比无法满足生产需求、缺乏实时设备诊断手段导致无法及时发现故障等问题。为解决上述问题,构建一套连退机组燃烧平衡智能数据管理系统。该系统通过对现场设备数据采集与处理,实现燃烧系统燃烧平衡的智能化管理,克服人工调整的盲目性和不确定性,确保系统性能恢复至原有水平,保障系统的平稳、安全运行。In the actual production of cold rolling production line continuous annealing unit in iron and steel enterprises,there are many problems,such as air-fuel ratio imbalance caused by equipment aging,manual adjustment of air-fuel ratio can not meet the production demand,and lack of real-time equipment diagnosis means to find faults in time.In order to solve the above problems,it is planned to build a set of intelligent data management system for combustion balance of continuous annealing unit.The system realizes the intelligent management of combustion balance of combustion system through data acquisition and processing of field equipment,overcomes the blindness and uncertainty of manual adjustment,ensures that the system performance returns to the original level,and ensures the stable and safe operation of the system.
