摘　　要：随着我国经济发展进入新常态,钢铁市场萧条显现,进入了减量发展的新阶段。轧钢机械设备在复杂的生产工艺流程中给予装备技术支持,处于核心地位。为了实现轧钢机械设备长期低成本稳定受控运行,轧钢厂通过对标同行先进的设备管理理论,总结现场管理经验,以设备整个全寿命周期作为管理对象,以提高设备管理的综合效益为目标,以精益化管理为手段,提出了一套适合当前形势下的轧钢机械设备管理策略,在设备健康管理和成本控制方面采取了多项措施,2023年设备故障率仅为0.958%,修检费18.44元/吨。在严峻的外部环境下,通过不断探索新的管理策略,实现了设备长期低成本稳定受控运行,助力企业生存发展。As chinese economic development enters a new normal,the steel market is showing signs of depression,entering a new stage of reduction development.Steel rolling machinery and equipment provides technical support in complex production processes,at the core position.In order to achieve long⁃term,low⁃cost,stable and controlled operation of steel rolling machinery and equipment,rolling mills benchmark advanced equipment management theories from peers,summarizing on⁃site management experience,taking the entire lifecycle of the equipment as the management object,aiming to improve the comprehensive benefits of equipment management,using lean management as a means,Proposing a set of management strategies for steel rolling machinery equipment that are suitable for the current situation,Taking multiple measures in equipment health management and cost control,the equipment failure rate was only 0.958%and the repair and inspection fee was 18.44 yuan/ton in 2023.In a challenging external environment,by continuously exploring new management strategies,it realizes long⁃term low⁃cost stable and controlled operation of the equipment,supporting the survival and development of enterprises.
