摘　　要：分析总结了低压电器设备共有部件的常见故障判定和具体维护方法。通过对低压电器设备通用系统-触头系统、电磁系统、灭弧系统的常见故障叙述和维修方法介绍,重点介绍企业在现实生产制造中常用低压电器元件-交流接触器、热继电器、低压断路器的特有故障及维修方法。正确了解掌握低压电器设备共有部件的常见故障判定和检修处理方法、以及常用电器元件特有故障判定和检修处理方法,对企业在实际生产中降低运行成本,提高生产效益、提高低压电器设备安全运行率等方面具有重要借鉴价值。This article analyzes and summarizes the common fault diagnosis and specific maintenance methods of common components in low voltage electrical equipment.This article provides a detailed introduction to the common faults and maintenance methods of low voltage electrical equipment,including contact systems,electromagnetic systems,and arc extinguishing systems.It also focuses on the special faults and maintenance methods of low voltage electrical components commonly used by enterprises in actual production and manufacturing,such as AC contactors,thermal relays,and low voltage circuit breakers.Correctly understanding and mastering the common fault diagnosis and maintenance methods of common components in low voltage electrical equipment,as well as the diagnosis and maintenance methods of unique faults of commonly used electrical components,has important reference value for enterprises to reduce operating costs,improve production efficiency,and improve the safe operation rate of low voltage electrical equipment in actual production.
