低温等离子体系统治疗扁桃体、腺样体肥大的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨低温等离子体系统治疗扁桃体、腺样体肥大的效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年2月于海安市人民医院耳鼻咽喉科行手术治疗的扁桃体、腺样体肥大患者62例为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为等离子组(采用低温等离子体系统治疗)和非等离子组(采取常规鼻内镜切除术治疗),各31例。比较两组治疗效果、手术及术后康复指标、疼痛评分、炎性指标水平。结果:等离子组治疗总有效率高于非等离子组(P=0.022)。等离子组术中出血量少于非等离子组,手术时间、术腔伪膜脱落时间、住院时间均短于非等离子组(P<0.001)。术后12、24、48h,两组脸谱评分法评分均高于术后6h(P<0.05);术后各阶段,等离子组脸谱评分法评分均低于非等离子组(P<0.001)。术后3d,两组白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平均高于术前,等离子组低于非等离子组(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子体系统在扁桃体、腺样体肥大患者手术治疗中的应用效果显著,可有效促进患者恢复,缓解术后疼痛,降低炎性反应水平。Objective:To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma system on tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy.Methods:A total of sixty-two patients with tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Otolaryngology,Hai'an People's Hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into plasma group(treated with low temperature plasma system)and non-plasma group(treated with conventional endoscopic nasal resection)by random number table,thirty-one cases each.The therapeutic effect,operation and postoperative rehabilitation indexes,pain scores and inflammatory indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of plasma group was higher than that of non-plasma group(P=0.022).The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the plasma group was less than that in the non-plasma group,and the time of operation,the time of removal of the pseudomembrane and the length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the non-plasma group(P<0.001).At 12,24 and 48 h after operation,the scores of facial makeup score in both groups were higher than those at 6 h after operation(P<0.05).At all postoperative stages,the facial mask score of plasma group was lower than that of non-plasma group(P<0.001).On the third day after operation,the white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and raw calcitonin in two groups were higher than those before operation,and the plasma group was lower than the non-plasma group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low temperature plasma system in the surgical treatment of patients with tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy is remarkable,which can effectively promote the recovery of patients,relieve postoperative pain,and reduce the level of inflammatory response.
