摘  要:目的:分析输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月张家港市第三人民医院收治的80例输尿管结石患者为研究对象,采用双色球法随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗,对照组采用体外冲击波碎石治疗。对比两组取石效果、并发症发生率、手术时间、住院时间。结果:观察组一次性碎石率、结石排净率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.023)。观察组手术时间长于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:输尿管镜钬激光碎石术对输尿管结石的碎石、排石效果较好,并发症发生率低,术后恢复快,但手术时间较长。Objective:To analyze the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope for ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of eighty patients with ureteral calculi admitted to Zhangjiagang Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group with forty cases in each group by double-color sphere method.The observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope,and the control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.The effect of stone removal,complication rate,operation time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results:The one-time lithotripsis rate and stone removal rate of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.023).The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope has good effect on ureteral calculi lithotripsy and stone removal,low complication rate,quick postoperative recovery,but the operation time is longer.
