摘　　要：目的:探讨西药联合寿胎丸合胎元饮加减、耳穴埋豆治疗早期先兆流产的效果。方法:选取黔东南苗族侗族自治州中医医院2023年1—6月收治的60例早期先兆流产住院保胎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上辅以寿胎丸合胎元饮加减联合耳穴埋豆治疗。对比两组治疗效果、症状积分、血清激素水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.023);治疗后,两组阴道流血时间、阴道流血量、阴道流血色质、下腹部疼痛或坠胀、腰膝酸软评分降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组绒毛膜促性腺激素、雌二醇、孕酮水平升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西药联合寿胎丸合胎元饮加减、耳穴埋豆治疗早期先兆流产的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状及血清激素水平。Objective:To explore the effect of western medicine combined with Shoutai pill combined with Taiyuan decoction and ear-point embedding of beans in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Methods:Sixty patients with early threatened abortion hospitalized in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and study group,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was supplemented with Shoutai pill combined with Taiyuan decoction and ear-point embedding of beans therapy.The therapeutic effect,symptom score and serum hormone level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.023).After treatment,the vaginal bleeding time,vaginal bleeding volume,vaginal bleeding color,lower abdominal pain or distension,waist and knee pain scores decreased in two groups,and those in the study group were lower than in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of chorionic gonadotrophin,estradiol and progesterone in two groups were increased,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of western medicine combined with Shoutai pill combined with Taiyuan decoction and ear-point embedding of beans in the treatment of early threatened abortion is remarkable,which can improve the clinical symptoms and serum hormone level of patients.
